Michael Laidler

Michael Laidler is a Dad, Best-Selling Author, International Leadership Coach, Corporate Trainer, and Keynote Speaker whose unwavering commitment to excellence, passion, and loyalty has quickly earned him the reputation as an up-and-coming industry leader. Over the course of a decade, he has garnered extensive leadership experience, primarily in the law enforcement sector. Michael is a Certified Coach, Trainer and Speaker with the John Maxwell Team, facilitating numerous mastermind groups, providing one-on-one coaching, offering e-courses and hosting leadership workshops. Ultimately, he is on a mission to impart to leaders with the leadership tools and innovative strategies they need to pave the way to monumental success. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Morehead State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Spanish from Florida State University. He has developed e-courses, called “The 3 Cs for Emerging Leaders” and “Premier Communications Formula”. He proudly served as a President of the Confident Allies Toastmasters Club in Pineville, Louisiana, where he has received multiple awards, including First Place in the Toastmasters International Speech and the Evaluation Contests at the Division Level (2017).

Dr. Laura Pruitt

Dr. Laura Pruitt is first and foremost a Christian leader and even with a busy schedule teaches adult Sunday School classes. She is a mother of a wonderful son, Jaron and a Psychologist, licensed in multiple states. Dr. Pruitt is a lifelong learner and has trained extensively to hone the art and craft of her work and continues to learn and grow daily seeking out new awareness and understanding. As counselor, coach, consultant and business and church workshop facilitator, she has a heart for the people whom she serves. Dr. Pruitt received her PhD in Counseling Psychology and holds a master’s degree in Educational Psychology from Texas A&M University. She has extensive experience working with some of the most difficult populations to diagnose and treat to include being a Crisis Intervention Specialist for persons with Serious Mental Illness with recurrent inpatient hospitalizations. She has also served as a Staff Psychologist for both Veteran and Active Duty Personnel and assisted countless service members and their families to overcome the stresses of military service life. In addition, Dr. Pruitt has also worked to assist persons with combined mental health and chronic physical health issues as well as persons diagnosed with personality disorders. Dr. Pruitt’s success with these populations have made her a sought-after speaker and consultant being frequently told that her thought-provoking, heart and mind changing techniques and insights are “life transforming.” Dr. Pruitt believes in the work of counselors and coaches and desires to add value to these community leaders. She lives the notion that “life is a journey meant to lead us into scenic and transformative places where we become our best self.”
